INITIAL CONSULT: $80.00
GENERAL APPOINTMENT: $65.00

Patients do not require a referral to see Kate, however Department of
Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Medicare referrals (Referral Form Individual Allied
Health Services under Medicare for patient's with a Chronic Medical Condition and Complex Care Needs) are accepted and may allow patients to be eligible for
Medicare Rebates for the cost of their consultation.
